What’s your favorite scary movie?

How does Local Pickup work?

We operate at a very secret location near The Avenue called THE BAT CAVE. We’ll send you an email when your order is fulfilled and ready for pickup so we can arrange a time to meet. Please note that failure to pick up an order after 14 days will result in a 25% cancellation and restock fee.

Will you combine shipping on multiple orders?

Our shipping is structured by weight and currently falls into 3 separate tiers.

  • Tier 1: $5.99 - ex. pins, wax melts (x4) up to 1 lb.

  • Tier 2: $ 10.00 - ex. candle(s), up to 3 pounds

  • Tier 3: $14.99 - ex. multiple candles, over 3 lbs.

We cannot guarantee that orders can be combined after being placed and once an order ships we cannot combine with another.

What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?

If your order arrives damaged, be very careful when handling due to broken glass. Make sure to keep everything inside the package, including the package itself.

FOR USPS: If your item arrives damaged or is missing/missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date. Each package is automatically insured up to $100 per USPS and we’ll cover additional insurance for orders over $100. Once your claim is filed, please let us know about the damage so we can work on a replacement order or refund if your item/s is no longer available.

FOR UPS: If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, let us know immediately and we will begin the claim process. Do you ship internationally?

While we don’t offer international shipping as an option on the site, we will be more than happy to provide you with a shipping quote. Please use the contact page to let us know what item(s) you’re interested in and your address and we will get a shipping quote to you ASAP.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations.

We currently do not offer exchanges and returns with the exception of damages incurred from shipping and/or defective products. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations after 24 hours will result in a 25% restocking fee.

Do you charge sales tax?

Bats Breath applies 9.75% TN sales tax to all orders.

Can I send a candle as a gift?

Of course you can! Just put the shipping address as the intended recipient and let me know in the notes of the order that it is a gift and if you would like a personalized message included!

Do you offer wholesale?
